1. What is the MOQ?

A: We have different MOQ for different auto parts .

2. What terms of payment you can accept ?

A: Our payment terms is by TT ,Western Union or L/C.

3.Does your company accept FOB or CIF?

A:We accept: EXW, FOB, CNF, CIF

4.What is the delivery date?

A: It takes 5~7 days if there is stock, but takes 30 days if there is no stock.

5.What is the delivery method you often use?

A: we have flexible delivery way, it depends on your QTY, Weight and Volume,

we have delivery method such as: by Express, by Air, by Sea and so on.

6.What is the packet?

A: Neutral packing or customer made packing.

7. Can you offer free samples?

A: It depends on the sample costs, but we do not pay freight costs. Samples sending by express.

8. Can you help to ship the goods?

A: YES. We can help to ship the goods through customer forwarder or our forwarder.
